Music School
The International Contemporary Music Institute is going to be a multicultural music school located in Portugal aiming to enroll students from all over the world. The curriculum offered will cover a wide range of styles based on rich varieties of Brazilian Music, American Pop Music, Jazz, and various European Music styles, always focusing on the music business and real-life situations.
INCOME SOURCES
One Year Program
ICMI will offer a 1-year intensive program covering all sections necessary and prepare each student with a solid foundation in music knowledge and real-life experience. Each department offers a complete 1-year program that focuses on skill of instrument, theoretical knowledge and performing experience.
Summer Camp
In addition to 1-year programs, the school will offer a “Summer Camp”, an introduction course seeking to inspire students to enroll in the complete 1-year program or give enthusiasts a musical experience throughout a two-week period that will launch annually.
THEATER
The school's premises such as the main stage hall can be rented to rehearsals, and performances of any kind.

Income
Renting the Theater is a source of income.
Music Scene
Renting out the stage will support and strengthen relations with the local community.
LOCATION
Southwest Lisbon District Area
The chosen location is west of Lisbon upon the “gold coast” of Portugal. The location offers students to be part of inspiring surroundings close to the artistic heart of Lisbon, airport, and beaches. The real-estate will be found in walking distance to public transportation. Our business is not directly independent on commercial key-locations which gives us an advantage in costs.
Architecture & Inspiration
The physical environment within the real-estate will be intended to stimulate and support music making. Interiors will have a clean minimalist appearance, not diverting attention from the music being conducted and created. The School will not only have a pleasant look and feel but will also be designed to have maximum functionality for each department i.e. Songwriting, Performance etc.
